A quit-smoking app that counts every smoke-free day, logs a craving in two taps, and turns those logs into something useful — your real triggers, the hours that catch you out, and a plan built around them.
No mockups and no invented numbers — these are 14 real screenshots of Unhook running on an iPhone.

A slip is not the end
Relapse recovery keeps your personal best on the board and hands you a 72-hour plan. Free for everyone, always.
No account, no email
Your logs, stats and history live on your device. Nothing to sign up for before you start.
How it works
Three steps, about two minutes
Setup is one screen. Everything after it is the app doing the work with what you have given it.
1Step 1
Tell it what you smoked
Cigarettes a day, years smoking, price per pack, and the date you stopped — or the date you plan to. That is the whole setup.
No account, no email address
2Step 2
Log cravings as they hit
Two taps: what triggered it and how strong it was. Do it for a week and the picture starts to form on its own.
About five seconds each
3Step 3
Act on what it finds
Your peak hours get a reminder, your top trigger gets a strategy, and the gradual plan sets the allowance for tomorrow.
Adjusts as your logs change
Health timeline
See your body repair itself
20 recovery stages, from your pulse settling in twenty minutes to your heart risk matching a non-smoker's at fifteen years. Each one unlocks on the day you actually reach it.

12 hours
The carbon monoxide in your blood drops to a normal level.
2 weeks – 3 months
Circulation improves and lung function begins to increase.
1 – 9 months
Coughing and shortness of breath ease as the lungs clear.
1 year
Excess risk of coronary heart disease is about half that of a smoker.
5 years
Stroke risk can fall to that of someone who never smoked.
10 years
Lung cancer death rate is about half that of someone still smoking.
15 years
Coronary heart disease risk matches that of a non-smoker.
Stages follow the published smoking-cessation timeline from the US Surgeon General and the CDC. Unhook is an educational and motivational tool, not a medical device — it does not diagnose, treat, or replace advice from a healthcare professional.

Yes. The day counter, money and health stats, craving logging, a breathing exercise, every achievement and the full relapse recovery flow are free and do not expire. Premium unlocks the deeper analysis — ranked triggers, full history, the gradual quit plan and cloud backup.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Unhook creates an anonymous account from your device the first time you open it. There is no email address, no password and no sign-up screen before you can start.
Where is my data stored?
Your smoking profile, daily logs, craving records and achievements are stored on your device. Only features that genuinely need a server — the AI coach, notifications and cloud backup — send anything to us, and those are described in full in the Privacy Policy.
What happens if I slip and smoke again?
Relapse recovery keeps your personal best on the board and gives you a clear 72-hour plan to get back on track. It is free for everyone, on purpose: that is the moment you need help most, not the moment to be asked for money.
What if I am not ready to stop overnight?
Use the gradual quit plan. Pick a quit date, choose how steeply you want to cut down, and follow a daily allowance that shrinks a little at a time until it reaches zero.
How do I cancel Premium?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel there — at least 24 hours before the period ends. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Which languages does it support?
Unhook is available in 22 languages, and the AI coach answers in the language you have selected.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Unhook is currently an iPhone app, available on the App Store.
